We are currently seeking applications for five Gardeners to join our newly expanding team, based out of our Bibra Lake depot and servicing customers in the surrounding areas. The purpose of this role is to provide gardening and maintenance services to seniors and NDIS customers to help them stay in their own homes longer. 

Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated skills in garden maintenance;
  • Fantastic customer service skills;
  • Providing support and guidance to volunteers of varying skills and abilities;
  • A team player and an All-rounder;
  • Good communication skills both written, interpersonal and verbal;
  • Basic computer and paperwork skills;
  • A safety-first approach to ensure safety and wellbeing of yourself, clients, and the team;
  • Willing and able to keep up with the demands of the physical demands of a gardening role;
  • A Certificate in Horticulture or similar would be an advantage;
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions (restrictions include L and E plates, international drivers licenses);
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing to apply;
  • Current Provide First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willing to complete).
