Your new role

Working closely with our Group Programs team within our Community Support and Inclusion department, you will provide support within our range of exciting and innovative life skills, social skills and pre-employment skills groups with enquiries, administration, project work and customer support.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Undertake a range of administrative and coordination related support tasks
  • Assist with the coordination of project resources
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of projects
  • Undertake relevant research activities
  • Assist in implementing user-friendly documentation and related tools to support new initiatives or systems
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Organise required training and liaise with various training providers about the training requirements within the Community Support and Inclusion sector
  • Assist with recruitment and on boarding of new staff within the CSI business area

What you'll need to succeed

This exciting fast-paced role will require you to be self-directed and able to work under pressure. You’ll also need:

  • Experience in supporting the implementation of projects and administration in a fast-paced business environment
  • A good understanding of project management frameworks
  • Proficient skills and experience in general administration
  • Proficient level of computer literacy and communication skills
  • Experience working in a disability support team, or relevant human service industry (desirable)
  • Experience in recruitment, scheduling/rostering of staff and training coordination (desirable)

A certificate in business administration, project management or in a relevant human services discipline would be highly regarded.
