About The Role

We are currently seeking a HSE Training Coordinator More Trains More Services project – based at Waterfall.

Laing O'Rourke together with KBR will upgrade the T4 Eastern Suburbs and Illawarra Line and the South Coast Line as part of the first package of works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain key systems and statistics,
  • Monitor people and plant compliance on the HS system,
  • Maintain registers and procedures,
  • Manage HS docs and induction content
  • Manage monthly reporting
  • Providing all round administrative support to the HSE & Training team

You will have
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Have a passion for training and willingness to learn
  • General understanding of systems / quick uptake (success factors / MTS / databases)
  • Intermediate level of MS applications
