About the Company:

A fantastic opportunity to join one of Victoria's market leaders in Residential Building. Thriving on their mission to deliver a high-quality product they are now seeking a passionate individual to join their customer service team as a Customer Service Administrator.

The Role:

Due to growth within in the business they are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The role would see you work closely with customers and taking them from the beginning of their building journey through to their settlement;

  • Provide clients with regular construction updates
  • Follow up on deposits and debtors
  • Organise contract signings (HIA Contracts)
  • Coordinate quotes & variations
  • Arrange permits & approvals
  • Organise handover
  • Assistant with maintenance queries
  • General adhoc as needed.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Emphasis on customer service and professionalism in your approach
  • A background in property, real estate or construction is advantageous but not required
  • Minimum 12 months in a customer service position
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to multi task
