We're partnering with high calibre P&C team that are looking to invest in your career and development. Within the P&C Coordinator position, you will be working across the employee lifecycle, providing day to day support across recruitment, general queries, projects and HR administration. 

We're seeking a highly motivated, passionate and solutions-focussed HR professional to join the team on a permanent basis. Based in Docklands, you will enjoy the city lifestyle with the flexibility to work from home. 

Reporting into the P&C Business Partner, the main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Managing the end to end recruitment process, including posting advertisements, phone screening, interviewing, references and background checks. As well as liaising with external agencies as required. 
  • Providing administration support such as generation of employment contracts, onboarding, and inductions. 
  • Providing day to day advice for employees including advising on policies, procedures and processes.
  • Managing and leading HR Projects including Engagement initiatives, Health & Wellbeing and staff functions.
  • Updating the HRIS and managing all employee variations, changes to employment, as well as HR reporting.
  • Process improvement, streamlining processes, updating templates and improving ways of working. 

To be considered for this permanent opportunity we ask you to have;

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline. 
  • Previous HR experience including managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Strong level of attention to detail and highly organised.
  • Autonomous nature.
