About the Role:

As part of a highly collaborative and agile team, the Graphic Designer contributes to the Go1 Mission of reaching 1 billion learners, by creating graphic design, video, animation, photography, promotional assets and more to produce on-brand, visually stunning assets that optimise marketing activities. Key accountabilities will include:

  • Create engaging visual content across all digital platforms and print including website content, PowerPoint presentations, leaflets, eBooks, white papers and similar; blog, PPC and social media posts; EDM design and infographics; banner and booth design; and photography and graphic editing
  • Ensure visual work created is to the high standard expected within Go1
  • Update and support the maintenance of Go1’s Art Direction planner
  • Keep up to date with emerging digital trends and culture
  • Articulate and present creative ideas to the Marketing team and senior stakeholders

Your technical know-how will be complemented by your creative insight, strong collaboration skills, ability to quickly pivot when needed and work autonomously. In addition you will demonstrate:

  • Approximately 3 – 5 years of experience of graphic design with a strong portfolio of work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), MS PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Proven understanding of typography, layout, colour and grid structures and able to follow our style guide.
  • Sound working knowledge video/motion editing software After Effects and Premier is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail with file management
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure – would suit a background working in a creative studio background with ad agency / design studio experience.
  • Keen to learn and use new software and follow processes through cloud-based workload planners such as Slack, Monday.com Figma and others
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous
  • Knowledge of e-learning/training market advantageous
