The Role...

We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a part-time basis. Situated in either our modern Collingwood studio or the comfort of your own home, you will work with our leadership team and the People Business Partner to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for our Melbourne office.

This role offers a genuine part time opportunity with flexible working arrangements. The role will be 20 - 24 hours per week but we are open to how many days and what times this is spread across.

The key responsibilities of this role include :

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including taking briefs, attraction, sourcing, screening, interviewing and providing feedback.
  • Actively build talent pools for future requirements and proactively sourcing talent in a highly competitive market.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies that drive Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Help create our very first Graduate Program.
  • Build relationships with senior leadership, and work cohesively with the national Recruitment team and the wider People and Culture team

Requirements

  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the technology space.
  • A willingness to work in a fast paced environment with constant changes and demands - you need to hustle!
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Previous experience working in a technical/startup environment would be advantageous but not essential.
