Located in Docklands, an opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Fleet Specialist to join their team for a short term 10 week contract.

You will be part of an organisation that prides itself on its strong relationships with their customers, stakeholders and suppliers within the community and industries.

Working with the Procurement Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing the operational fleet comprised of 400 passenger and commercial vehicles. Some of your responsibilities includes:

· Managing the annual fleet vehicle purchase program

· End to end project coordination and execution of contracts for special fleet projects

· Manage the accuracy and timeliness of the Fleet Dashboard and reporting to the business

· Coordination of vehicle customisation and swap overs

· Managing urgent fleet issues as they arise

· Providing fleet advice and information to internal customers

Coming from a fleet background with proven experience in managing a large fleet or operational vehicles including purchasing, tendering, disposals, budget planning, cost reporting, insurance and repairs, you will have exceptional customer service skills. Additionally you will need to have proven experience and skills in the following:

· Ability to lead fleet projects

· Expertise with best practice fleet management frameworks and technology

· Aptitude to prepare and analyse financial information relating to the fleet

· Experience in management and enforcement of fleet policy compliance

In addition you will need to demonstrate total commitment to the company values including unity, clarity, agility and delivery. You will be a high achiever who has a clear vision and leads by example. Your ability to build sound working relationships will enable you to work effectively within a strong team-based culture.
