We have an immediate opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the service team at a prestige automotive dealership in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Reporting to the Aftersales Operations Manager, the Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the service department and exceptional customer service to service customers.

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Process daily banking and cash allocations
  • Liaise with accounts and carry out follow ups on any unallocated receipts and outstanding reports
  • Perform fleet/insurance account invoicing
  • Check collected WIP's for any customer data amendments
  • Support as service advisor assistant with offsite call backs (Monday & Wednesday)
  • Oversee work associated with the Press fleet vehicle management
  • E-tag maintenance
  • Create Purchase Orders
  • Daily management of service enquiries inbox
  • Monthly online booking reporting
  • Insurance claim management
  • Assist the Service Reception Desk as required

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to explain technical matters to others in a way that is understood by customers
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
