The Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Department at the Prince of Wales Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic permanent full time Clinical Nurse Consultant to support both departments.

The Medical and Nuclear Medicine department offer an extensive service to patients requiring diagnostic and Interventional Radiology and Interventional Neuro Radiology procedures. The Clinical Nurse Consultant will provide a higher level of clinical knowledge and service delivery to patients in consultation with the Nurse Manager, Nurse Unit Manager and the Clinical Nurse Educator. This role also incorporates a high level of clinical support for complex procedures and participation in quality improvement projects such as the development of clinical business rules and guidelines. The Clinical Nurse Consultant actively participates in and contributes to initiatives that support the Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Departments. This includes clear communication and leadership to all stakeholders and members of the multidisciplinary team.

This includes clear communication and leadership to all stakeholders and members of the multidisciplinary team.
