Your New Role

We require an experienced, bright and efficient full time Administration Assistant to be involved with the set-up of new services, processing enrolments and providing customer service support to internal and external parties.

The role will be based in our Support Office at Morningside, Brisbane. You will be part of a close-knit team of specialists whose main role is to build trusting relationships with our clients, families and our large team of educators.

This is a full time permanent position for the right applicant, taking into consideration the ongoing needs of the business.

The Support Office Team specialises in Customer Service, HR, Finance, IT, Inclusion Support and Operations Management. As an Administration Assistant you will report to Support Office Managers and will:

  • Work in a face-paced role liaising with various stakeholders with tasks spanning daily from document management, processing transactions and family enrolments, ongoing customer service and debt collection whilst also problem-solving client issues; and
  • Be responsible for day-to-day general administration and compliance tasks of School Plus, assisting the Managers and Directors and Support Office Team as well as families enrolling into our program.

Your responsibilities

The duties performed will include but not be limited to:

  • Liaising with employees, customers and suppliers;
  • Processing family enrolments and payments;
  • Managing family accounts and supporting our school services in QikKids software use (training will be provided);
  • Support in parent debt collection processes;
  • Document processing including filing, checking for accuracy and completeness of forms submitted;
  • Liaising with families to follow up missing and/or inaccurate information;
  • Drafting, checking and processing outward correspondence;
  • Ordering supplies for the services and Support Office;
  • Supporting the maintenance of the central filing system, general database and archives; and
  • Others tasks as required.
