Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network is a state-wide Specialty Health Network delivering health care to adults and young people in contact with the forensic mental health and criminal justice systems across community, inpatient and custodial settings. 

The position is responsible for ensuring the safe, effective and efficient dispensing of medications, along with the provision of quality pharmacy services and advice to the patients and staff of Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network (JH&FMHN).


Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified for this position following suitable labour market testing.

  • Registered as a Pharmacist authorised to practise by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated skills as a clinical pharmacist. This includes good knowledge of therapeutics, particularly in mental health, relevant legislation and ability to apply these skills in practice.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of patient medication review process.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and undertake a diverse range of tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications such as Intranet, MS Outlook and MS Word.
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
