Warren Multi Purpose Service

About the role:

Come and make a difference – We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our friendly, energetic team at our rural and remote Warren Multi Purpose Service. This is a chance for you to boost your professional expertise; with exciting opportunities to develop and enhance your skills in delivering quality patient care.

Where you’ll be working:
Warren is a small rural town on the beautiful Macquarie River, 545 kilometres north-west of Sydney and 109 kilometres from the major city of Dubbo, home to the famous Taronga Western Plains Zoo.

Warren Multipurpose Service (MPS) is a 42-bed facility which includes residential aged care services, 24-hour emergency care, acute and sub-acute/non-acute inpatient services, rehabilitation and respite and palliative care services.

A range of outpatient and primary and community health services are also offered at Warren MPS including early childhood nursing, aged and disability social support, women’s health and mental health.

WNSWLHD is the largest employer in the region, with over 7,700 dedicated staff working across 3 major rural referral hospitals, 50 community health centres, numerous corporate and executive offices and 38 inpatient facilities – which include 25 multipurpose services and 4 district health services.
