Our client is a nationwide property group with a diversified and rapidly growing property portfolio.

The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager to join a National Property Group with an outstanding portfolio!

The Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operation & performance of the property services
  • Enactment of the longer-term strategic/tactical plans 
  • Ensure that all processes & procedures are implemented & maintained
  • Communicate intensively with JV representatives
  • Providing strategic advice on operational matters
  • Ensure that all JLL risk management programs are adhered to
  • Ensure that all staff are properly trained and managed
  • Actively influence the professional development & career planning 
  • Understand the Property Management Agreement in place 
  • Proactive in delivering all Capex projects, budgeted or unbudgeted
  • Develop, review & tender scopes of work for services
  • Raise formal agreements for client execution
  • Assist in the delivery of the Asset Business Plan objectives & Operating/Capex budgets & strategies
  • Provide strategic leadership and support to the Centre Operations Teams

Exciting pipeline of significant projects

  • Lift, escalator, chiller & grease trap upgrades
  • Roof installations
  • Re-use development project of common mall areas

Ideal Skills/Experience

  • Proven experience working across development or major capital projects
  • Sound technical knowledge
  • Excellent stakeholder and community liaison skills
  • Excellent time management to manage varied project timelines
  • Ability to engage and manage external sub contractors
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
