JOB DESCRIPTION

This job offers you a chance to work within a growing family business. Your initiative and input will be valued. You will have a chance to learn new skills and meet many new people in your dealings. We give you full training.

Duties will include: 

  • Taking quote sheets from other sales people and creating computer quotes for these
  • Ordering and invoicing
  • Calling and speaking to customers
  • Teleselling – calling commercial customers, sending marketing material and following up on the phone for an appointment.
  • Following up quotes
  • Keeping the showroom tidy and vacuuming
  • Data entry on the website
  • Sending out marketing material
  • Other administrative roles as required

Qualities required

  • Proficient computer skill
  • Good phone skills
  • Self-organization skills
  • Happy and positive
  • Open to feedback and training
  • Flexible, we are a small business so flexibility is important

Requirements

  • Able to travel to Queanbeyan

Remuneration

  • Pay is $27 per hour including casual loading of 25% + super to start with. Hours will be 38 - 40 hour week (flexible).
  • We are willing and flexible to work around any commitments that you may have. Working hours are flexible to your needs.
