ABOUT THE ROLE

The Procurement Operations & Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the effective operation and compliant usage of Procurement operational reporting tools within the TAFE NSW Checkout technology suite (SAP Ariba Guided Buying, SAP Concur and Fieldglass).

The role is responsible for implementing new buying channels and governing compliance within existing buying channels. This role is key in developing reporting and generating insights from multiple sources to inform commercial and operational decisions and ensure compliance.

ABOUT YOU

You are highly analytical with a good understanding of procurement principles and demonstrated experience analysing data and generating insights from multiple sources. You constantly take the initiative to problem solve with the utmost confidence in collaborating with the right people. You are resilient and self-motivated individual and have commercial acumen coupled with good relationship management skills.

You are savvy minded and have the ability to think creatively while bringing order and clarity to sometimes complex data sets. You will also assist to drive performance using reporting information, as well as bringing an effective communication style that allows you to present the key points to stakeholders within the business.

Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Degree qualification in a related field or significant equivalent experience
  2. Experience in the delivery of high-quality procurement related policy and data analysis in a public sector environment.
  3. Ability to address and meet focus capabilities as stated in the Position Description

HIGHLY REGARDED

  • Experience implementing and administering low value procurement buy channels e.g. Purchasing Cards, General Expenses, Single and Multi-Quote Purchase Orders and Catalogue Requisitioning
  • Experience generating reports and analysing data from SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, SAP General Expenses, and PowerBi

WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE

This position offers a base salary range of $99,713.00 - $107,381.00 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
