A day in the life:

In a given day you will use your customer centric approach to lead your team to engage with new and existing customers on PEXA’s new ancillary products, delivering on a repeatable and profitable pipeline of opportunities. You will also develop the teams Go To Market strategies and be a significant contributor to the development of the future product road map. Most importantly you will spend your time building and developing your team to be outperforming Account Executives that a focused on the win win (PEXA and our customers)..

You are a strategic sales leader who can demonstrate consistent overperformance in business development and C-suite relationship management. You are an expert in consultative selling, highly self-motivated and resilient in pursuing new customers and opportunities within a team. You will have substantial experience in enterprise sales methodology, processes and strategy development.

You will also possess exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to articulate ideas and complex information in a clear and structured manner both internally and externally.

Most importantly you are a values based leader that has the ability to thrive through ambiguity, get deeply involved with a growth business and have strong personal integrity in your approach to team, stakeholders and customers.

The impact you’ll drive:

You will be driving the revenue growth of PEXA’s ancillary products by building and leading a team of business development executives who are passionate about solving customer problems. By working closely with product management team and our key stakeholders, you will help to create products that achieve product-market-salesfit.

This is a newly created role and will provide ample room for career growth for a strategic people leader who is passionate about coaching teams to achieve a customer centric approach to influence product development and revenue growth.

On day one we’d love you to have:
  • Significant experience in leading people and forming high performance sales teams
  • Previous experience building a high performing sale team
  • The ability to build, manage and prioritise a strategic pipeline of opportunities
  • Proven negotiation, communication and presentation skills, demonstrated at senior levels
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of organisations

  • Background property data and analytics or financial services
  • An understanding of product development
