Customer Service Representative in the National Customer Solutions (Finance) Department.


Your new company

Hays are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a large manufacturer. The company have a fantastic reputation and pride themselves on consistently delivering the highest level of customer service.

  • Location: South East Suburbs
  • Salary: $55-60K + super
  • Permanent role
  • Start date: Beginning of July
  • Full time hours, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster


Role duties & responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for providing first call resolution for their customers and you will hold quality customer service at the centre of your job.

  • Provide first call resolution to make a positive difference for customers
  • Provide customers with answers about their loans and insurance
  • Make pay arrangements for outstanding loan balances
  • Selling warranty insurance and roadside assistance packages
  • Committed to achieving monthly targets and objectives


What you'll need:
In order to be successful in this role you will need to be a passionate Customer Service Representative with an interest in the financial services industry. This company look for people who are driven to succeed and perform their duties with a positive attitude.

  • Call Centre experience
  • Financial Services Industry experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • If you have a degree in Finance or Business this would be a bonus
  • Drivers license
  • Result driven work attitude
