Your new company
This leading global recruitment company operates across 33 countries and has 9 offices in Sydney alone. They are looking for a proactive professional to join their great Chatswood and North Sydney based teams.

Your new role
Are you looking for a role that is going to further your experience, skills and career? A role that will make you excited to go to the office and see your team? This is an extremely varied role in which you will be supporting a high performing team with administration and compliance, supporting the Manager of the team with varied ad hoc tasks, ensuring the best tunes are coming through the speaker and that there is always a social night booked in the calendar. Some of the day to day duties are:

  • General admin duties: Answering incoming phone calls/distributing voicemails, greeting guests, managing the booking of interview and meeting rooms, organising team events, handling stationary and marketing material orders and running reports for the team/managers as required
  • Compliance duties: Monitor, distribute and follow up compliance reports to ensure consultants are compliant with company processes, identify any non-compliant areas and follow up with consultants/manager, assist consultants to submit working rights and other compliance documentation and set up candidates with online health and safety training.
Working alongside the team you will receive great training and understanding of not only your role, but recruitment in general. There is the opportunity for the role to expand into a Resourcer for Consultants in the team, helping them source the best candidates in the market and to then further the role into a Recruitment Consultant role.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must:
  • Have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes
  • Be proactive and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and personal presentation
  • Have a strong customer service ethic
