3 month Government Contract - HYBRID - CBD office / Work From Home

Your new company
This reputable government organisation company are seeking a Contact Centre Officer to join their specialised CBD-based team ASAP.

Your new role
Your role will be to receive and distribute inbound calls made to this specialised unit. Your duties will involve:

  • effectively providing resolution, guidance and high level customer service to people via inbound calls
  • maintaining and updating caller records
  • undertaking administration duties as required
  • adhering to KPIs, policies and procedures outlined by the unit

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will be available to commence at short notice and be able to commit to a 3 month contract. You will have recent and relevant call centre experience and the ability to hit the ground running. You will be a confident multi-tasker and have a committed approach to customer satisfaction, with an emphasis on patience.

What you'll get in return
On offer to you in a call centre position within a reputable government department, with potential for extension. In return you will receive $30-$35 per hour + super, working 38 hours per week - half from home and half from their CBD office. You will be working in a supportive and hard-working team, and given thorough training.
