To support this rapid adoption of the marketplace model, and take an active part in our growth, Mirakl is looking for a Field Marketing Manager, APAC.


We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive and energetic Field Marketing Manager to support our APAC region to develop and execute field marketing programs and events. This role will focus on creating and accelerating pipeline & awareness in target marketing including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand &

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in the design of the marketing plan for APAC (targeting, communications and content, budget planning, events schedule, recruiting channels, analysis and reporting of ROI).
  • Adapt the Global marketing plan to your local specifics integrating the different dimensions (content, Mirakl-branded events, Executive VIP dinners, partner events).
  • Build regional strategic territory plans aligned with the APAC regional sales leadership priorities and revenue targets.
  • Create and implement geographically relevant campaigns which include planning regional field events, tradeshows and marketing programs in order to spread awareness and create demand for the Mirakl Marketplace Platform
  • Work cross-functionally with all global marketing functions to drive in-region sales success for APAC target countries, helping to deliver qualified leads and pipeline opportunities within target accounts
  • Create and implement geographically relevant campaigns which include planning regional field events, tradeshows and marketing programs in order to spread awareness and create demand for the Mirakl Marketplace Platform
  • Track market trends, the competitive landscape and opportunities to grow brand recognition
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams to drive alignment between global and regional campaigns
  • Work closely with regional sales and channel team to understand target clients and produce joint activities that create and accelerate pipeline
  • Work with corporate marketing to ensure the website, content and PR are localized to ensure Mirakl’s message is spread in region
  • Lead the Partner Marketing effort in your region working closely with the AMER partner marketing manager. Manage and develop the relationships with key Digital Commerce players to develop and execute on joint marketing plans.
  • Responsible for digital programs, events and field marketing campaign setup and operations including: Salesforce, Wordpress & Hubspot
  • Partner with Global Marketing Operations to closely monitor and track the ROI of campaigns and events

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in field marketing, preferably in a high tech environment
  • Proven success in event and project management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with a range of mar-tech tools (Our stack includes Hubspot, Salesforce, WordPress, Terminus, Salesloft, Sendoso, Drift)
  • Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask under tight deadlines
  • Detail oriented individual that takes initiative to define and improve processes
  • Ability to work autonomously across distributed teams
  • A team player with a great sense of humor
