You will need to provide legal information, build a relationship with the individual, and book an appointment with the legal team member.

On the job training will be provided but the ideal candidate should have some employment law / HR knowledge (or interest in the area).

A secondary part of the role will involve taking family law enquiries. To take the family law enquiries, you do not need family law training or experience. On the job training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to learn quickly, is up for a challenge and attend to a high volume of calls every day (at least 30 follow up calls per day).

This role does not involve exposure to substantial legal work as it is mostly client enquiry based, with some administrative tasks involved.

You will receive on the job training but we will prefer to start with an applicant with some experience or willingness to learn - that's why we have created these compulsory questions.
