Fixed Term Contract Covering Parental Leave

Level 5 -$81,665.32 per anum plus Port Hedland Allowance $18,831.28

The Role

The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support and assistance to the CEO, the Mayor and Elected Members. The EA manages the Office of the CEO and Mayor, including delivering confidential administrative duties, this includes but is not limited to liaising with diverse stakeholders and dignitaries, managing calendars, correspondence and meeting support responsibilities. The Executive Assistant provides leadership to the organisation’s administrative staff.

Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated experience in similar position.
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current ‘C’ class drivers licence
  • Rights to work in Australia
