Your new team

The Member Experience group is responsible for the development, delivery and administration of the Fund's operational member and employer services. The group manages our third-party service provider relationships, manages our Digital program, and is key in the delivery of our new products and services.

Your new role

  • Develop, communicate, and maintain a roadmap aligned with Fund strategy, business plan priorities and other digital platform(s) delivery.
  • Collaborate with architecture, internal stakeholders and partner resources to create solution design and specifications for development partners to implement.
  • Provide guidance and direction to business analysts on the development of appropriate business requirements to support delivery.
  • Implement proof of concepts, provide recommendations around platform capability and assist with program build and testing.
  • Ensure the day-to-day configuration, reporting, support, maintenance and overall improvement of the platform to ensure secure operation within defined service level commitments. Ensure the integrity of platform integration / sync with CRM, Analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Ensure timely availability of data and functionality required to execute marketing automation journeys.
  • Work with partner resources to design, build and deploy communication templates (email and SMS), operational campaigns, webhooks, launch points and velocity scripts. Assist with the maintenance of foundational platform elements such as SMS, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, data cleansing and provide recommendations where features can provide increased value or processes improved.
  • Contribute to creation of high-level business architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems and platforms as they enable the business teams
  • Maintain visibility of ongoing platform performance, customer feedback, incorporating relevant changes / features / fixes into the platform backlog and providing timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with Fund data privacy policy across all production and non-production environments.
  • Lead and motivate development teams / partners to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency

What you'll need

  • Extensive functional knowledge and experience in the use of Marketing platforms.
  • Successful management and solution delivery of SAAS marketing platforms within a ecosystem including CRM system(s).
  • Hands on experience with design and development of marketing sequences including data mapping, End-to-End business process design, dependencies for an enterprise-scale Marketing solution.
  • Demonstrated successful leadership of agile iterative teams in B2C/B2B product delivery.
  • Combination of technical aptitude / judgement, commercial acumen and product management skills
  • Demonstrated negotiation and decision-making ability
  • Ability to solve problems with consideration to business impact.
  • Well-developed communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Building and maintaining business relationships to drive product development.
  • Marketo MCE certification or equivalent is desirable.
