Our business is constantly evolving, and so is our team! We are recruiting a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst to become part of our can-do and passionate team located at our corporate offices in Southbank, Melbourne on a full-time, fixed term basis.

The S&OP Analyst is responsible for supporting the S&OP Team and improving and developing the systems, processes, data and reports in the Supply and Demand Planning functions.

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter...

  • Responsible for assembling data, analysing performance, identifying problems, developing reports and making recommendations that support the management of the S&OP processes.
  • Extracts system information and helps to develop appropriate action plans to achieve objectives and prepares / analyses key information for management.
  • Build a consolidated view of forecast accuracy across the business. Highlight future low stock/MLOR risks in time for the weeks planning run, providing a forward view of stock position/status.
  • Complete supply planning requirements for a small number of materials with 3rd Party vendors, including PO’s and inventory management.
  • Be active in recognising new product flow, being active in new product development process as required. Ensuring NPD is captured in all reporting.
You are best suited for the role if you…
  • Have completed a degree qualification in Finance/Commerce or Engineering.
  • Possess 2-3 years’ experience in the same or similar role, within FMCG would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of MRP II concepts and Sales & Operations Planning process.
  • Have a good knowledge of SAP BI reporting systems. Preferably some experience of SAP and Web Intelligence.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities.
  • Have previous experience with data validation of new reports from reporting software.
  • Display a high level of literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Have a high level of experience with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Have strong presentation and communication skills, both written & oral.
  • Strong interpersonal organisational and time management skills.
