The opportunity:

We have some key projects happening at AIA which means we’re looking to grow our Talent Acquisition team. We are looking for customer-service minded Recruitment Coordinator to join us for a contract opportunity until the end of 2021 (with the possibility of extension beyond that).

You’ll have experience providing candidates with an engaging and smooth onboarding experience. Additionally, you’ll be familiar with due diligence activities including but not limited to background and reference checks. This is a fast-paced and hands on role, so we need an adaptable and mature minded self-starter capable of navigating a large and complex organisation. This role can be done remotely so we’re open to all locations.

To do this successfully you will:

  • Successfully manage the administration and review of all employment related due diligence/probity checks across the business

  • Manage the successful delivery of end-to-end due diligence checks, including working our external 3rd party providers all employment types including contingent workers

  • Provide a high level of customer service and problem-solving skills to support the timely processing of all due diligence checks and candidate onboarding experiences

  • Work collaboratively with talent acquisition peers, hiring managers, and candidates/new hires to continuously improve and develop the probity function and onboarding

Successful applications will demonstrate:

  • Demonstrated and practical Due Diligence/Probity/Candidate Experience/Administration expertise within the Financial Services, Banking, Professional Services

  • Strong knowledge and adherence to security, privacy and record keeping requirements to ensure accurate and safe storage and use of confidential and sensitive information

  • Proven ability to manage a caseload in a high-volume, challenging and changing operating environment

  • Well-developed knowledge of relevant HR and recruitment related legislation, principles, best practices and compliance requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills, including effective listening, questioning, influencing and negotiation skills
