The Role

Our Support team here at Recruit Wizard reflects the human side of our product. Every query is different from the next. Whilst you will endeavour to resolve most enquiries in the first touch, it’s your responsibility to ensure that each issue is seen through to a satisfactory outcome.

  • Receiving and responding to customer product enquiries and issues via phone and email
  • Taking tickets for a variety of reasons including answering frequently asked questions, troubleshooting and technical issues or bugs
  • Escalating technical issues and working with Software Engineers to resolve the issue
  • Reaching out to new clients to work one on one as they go live with the system

About You

  • Fast Learner - Must be comfortable working with constant change. For example, we release new features on average every week.
  • Multitasker - You will be an efficient multitasker with demonstrated time management and prioritisation skills
  • Problem Solver - You’ll have the ability to make a clear connection between our product capabilities and our customers' business needs.
  • Empathetic - You’ll have strong empathy and genuinely care about improving business practices for our customers.
  • Consultative - We are here to solve real problems that our customers have with their hiring.
  • Communication - Must be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone.
