The Client

Is a well established, luxury provider of high end furniture, lighting and interior products. They sell to residential and commercial clients across Australia and this role is Front Of House in their beautiful showroom in Wooloomooloo.

The Role

Your new role is an initial 12 month fixed contract and will see you being the first point of contact in their wonderful showroom in Sydney metro. The position will include managing reception and the day to day operations of the showroom. You will work in a team environment and the role is a mixture of reception, EA and varied sales administration tasks. You will work closely with the two directors and provide any admin related support to them whilst also assisting in managing the showroom, organising events, dealing with clients over the phone and generally making sure the showroom is running smoothly and the team are able to service the clients.

Skills Required

We are seeking candidates with the following skills and experience;

  • Previous experience working in a reception, EA or sales administration/support role.
  • Superb presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid all round computer skills.
  • An outgoing warm personality with a can do attitude.
  • A proactive approach to your day and ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Previous experience working in a similar showroom reception role an advantage.
  • An interest in interior design, furniture or interiors would also be great!
