We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our ANZ HR Team as a Senior HR Advisor (with a focus on IR/ER) for a fixed term contract until the end of 2021. Reporting to our HR Manager – QLD and supported on site by a small and high functioning HR & TA team, here is your opportunity to partner with key leaders at PepsiCo’s largest manufacturing plant in Australia. Additional to your HR Generalist support you will be advisory on relevant Acts, Regulations, Awards, industrial Agreements, legislation, policy and procedures. You will also have the ability to lead key initiatives and strategic people projects. .

You Will Have The Opportunity To

  • Provide generalist Human Resources support, advice and coaching on all people related matters such as performance management, change management, recruitment, organisational development and employee engagement and execute day to day Human Resource activities such as, counselling, and grievances disputes and case management
  • Provide operational human resource information and analysis relating to workforce profiles and trends, benchmarking data and analysis advice
  • Your success will be largely dependent on your ability to engage across all levels of the business, quickly build rapport and create meaningful, authentic relationships with your business partners and your ability to coach them to achieve desired outcomes and drive a high-performance culture.

/Requirements
  • Extensive HR generalist experience with a focus on industrial relations
  • Experience in the end-to end management of complex cases and managing high risk ER/IR issues
  • Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence.
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline desirable.
