About the business

We are a growing Managed Service Provider based in Fortitude Valley and are on the hunt for a new Level 1/2 Technician. We have been around for four years but have experienced high growth because of our unconditional client care. We do things differently, taking a more proactive approach to managed IT while providing amazing customer service.

About the role

We are looking for a Level 1/2 extraordinaire to join our young and dynamic team. You will provide day to day support and guidance to our awesome clients and assist where necessary in project work and onboarding of new clients.

Who are we looking for?

We need someone with a pro-active & energetic personality; you will need to be well spoken, and detail orientated. Not afraid to get into the nitty gritty to help resolve a client’s issue for the first and last time.

Skills

You will need to be a wiz in:

Cloud Solutions (Office 365, G Suite, SharePoint Online, Azure and AWS)
Windows Server knowledge
Computer networking
Highly skilled in Windows OS’s
Understanding of ConnectWise Manage, Automate & Control
Understanding in 3CX Phone Systems
Previous help desk experience
Outside of the box thinking
It would be advantageous if:

You have a Cert 4 or Diploma in IT or similar IT training
You a have Microsoft Certifications
