We are looking for an experienced Account Director with a strong history of working with Enterprise customers. The ideal candidate has strong sales, Energy/Utilities industry and cloud experience with a proven track record of over-achieving quota by delivering business and innovation outcomes with mature Tier 1 Enterprise customers. The Account Director should be a self-starter who is prepared to create and execute against a multi-year strategic account plan, lead a vast, cross-functional team and consistently deliver on business metrics. The ideal candidate will also possess both a sales and some technical background that enables them to drive engagement at the CxO and Executive level as with technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker who balances short-term value with longer-term vision, who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and who has strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Meet or exceed revenue targets
· Lead and execute multi-year account plan with extended team and partners
· Build/maintain deep executive stakeholder relationships with customers and internally, with a focus on innovation
· Strong sales acumen - pipeline, reporting and contract negotiation
· Understand and be able to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing and solutions
· Expect moderate travel

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 8+ years experience in technology-related sales
· Proven track record of engaging with IT and Business stakeholders within Tier 1 customers
· Demonstrated ability to achieve targets in a quota-carrying role
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· University degree
· High sense of urgency, out-of-the-box thinking, methodical
· Cloud sales experience
