Do you like to empower customers to build on AWS? Do you want to drive customer engagement with the AWS Data Lab to help customers accelerate their path to production on strategic projects in the data and analytics space? Do you have experience building mechanisms that drive operational excellence and love thinking big about ways to continually raise the bar on customer experience?

AWS Data Lab is a global and online based facility where customers come to build data and analytics platforms. As a Data Lab Product Manager, you will focus on delivery and impact for the Data Lab program. You will play a critical role in helping to shape the future of our growing program while ensuring a high quality customer experience as we expand our offerings around the globe. You'll work closely with Data Lab Architects and AWS Field Teams, including Solution Architects, Technical Account Managers, and AWS Service Developers, to manage a pipeline of hundreds of customers that are eager to leverage the Data Lab.

How to tell if you’ll love this role: you are a technologist, you understand how to navigate fundamental constraints and challenge non-fundamental ones, you excel at coordinating across many internal and external teams (both technical and non-technical), you're data obsessed, and you love defining and designing product features and content. In this role, you'll coordinate the underlying operations of the Data Lab, be responsible for measuring and reporting on key program metrics, and you'll think big about ways to scale internal processes and then turn those ideas into reality. This role has visibility at the highest levels of the company.
