ABS Midland is a rapidly expanding, national company based in Midland WA. We pride ourselves on our industry expertise and providing tailored advice and solutions to every one of our customers.

We specialise in vehicle servicing, all major/minor mechanical repairs, suspension, tyres & alignment & air conditioning repairs as well as supplying trade to independent mechanics and car dealerships.

Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Administrator who ideally has previous experience within the automotive industry. You will be joining an energetic and evolving workshop.

Who you Are:

You will describe yourself as dynamic Admin Professional with exceptional people skills, you really can talk to anyone and strike up a conversation. You love a role that requires your self-motivation and consider yourself a natural leader. You have previous experience driving change in the workplace whilst maintaining current standards and KPI’s of the business. The idea of engaging in a role where you play a key part in the running of the operations excites you!

You enjoy a fast-paced role in a social team and consider yourself a professional with good knowledge of motor vehicles. You are systems driven and have the initiative and confidence to continually improve workplace efficiencies.

Working Monday to Friday 7am-5pm, your main duties will include:
  • Coordinate repair & service bookings
  • Invoicing & processing customer payments
  • Review completed repair orders
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships including delivering on promises
  • Organising loan cars and managing the paperwork process &
  • Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested / required.
To be considered for this great role you will have:
  • At least 3 years previous experience and demonstrated success in an Admin role
  • Experience within the Mechanical Trades Industry will be highly regarded
  • A current driver’s licence and clean driving record
  • A typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Intermediate Computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service across all channels (written, phone, and face-to-face)
  • The ability to confidently resolve conflict
  • A strong attention to detail
  • The ability to accomplish tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Possess a willingness to learn and a positive approach to change &
  • A commitment to the core values of ABS Midland
