Full Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic professional to join our Children, Youth and Family Services Team.

Network Coordinators work to build collaborative relationships across the community sector and government departments to identify emerging service needs and gaps, then strategically developing responses to community needs.

An understanding and sensitivity to the cultural needs and concerns, and the ability to develop strategic and collaborative relationships within the ACT Community is vital in order to provide support to the most vulnerable children, youth and families.

Benefits of working with WCS include:
One position, fixed term full time (38 hours per week) to 30 June 2022
$41.89 to $43.79 per hour depending on qualifications and experience), plus superannuation (9.5%)
Salary packaging up to $15,899 per Fringe Benefits Tax year, with an additional Meals and Entertainment package available up to $2,650 per Fringe Benefits Tax year
Paid shutdown leave on standard working days between Christmas and New Year

About You:
Certificate IV or Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, welfare or family support and substantial work experience.
Demonstrated leadership qualities, to inspire others to develop and implement innovative programs based on identified gaps and opportunities
Ability to think strategically and sound interpersonal and communication skills
Current Drivers Licence and Working with Vulnerable People Card
