Are you an experienced ICT Service Desk Administrator with incredible communication and organizational skills? Do you have an understanding or lived experience with disability? Have you worked in a Government agency in the past?

Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced ICT Service Desk Administrator to join their office in Greenway, ACT for an initial 12-month contract. You will coordinate day to day administration and be a Subject Matter expert regarding the telephony system for the Service Desk.

To be considered, a positive contemporary attitude to people with disability is essential. It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding or lived experience of disability.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information, and an attitude that fosters a positive workplace culture. They will have experience working in/with a Government department(s), exceptional communication skills, and demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.

Duties of the ICT Service Desk Administrator include:
  • Developing and maintaining processes and databases
  • Communicating with a variety of stakeholders with differing levels of ICT knowledge
  • Responding to urgent requests in a calm and efficient manner
