Our client is a leading insurance company in the Eastern Suburbs, and they are currently looking to expand their team of enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join their Contact Centre! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for a 2-3 month temp contract.

As a Customer Service Consultant you answer inbound calls from members and you will play an integral role by providing excellent service support to customers and assisting with enquiries. Motivated, and positive by nature, you will have demonstrated experience working in a busy, multi-tasking environment providing an outstanding level of customer service.

In this role you will be:

  • Assisting with general and specific enquiries about membership refunds
  • Confirming personal information with the members
  • Managing escalations and complaints and following process and procedures
  • Making outbound calls where required to follow up with previous member interactions.
  • Process refunds and reissue insurance policies where required.
Who we’re looking for:
  • People who have Inbound Customer Service experience; preferably within a contact centre
  • Proven experience in solving problems;
  • The ability to build customer relationships quickly;
  • Can learn and use new systems rapidly;
  • Excellent listening skills along with a friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people; and
  • The proven ability to meet KPI’s
As a strong communicator, you will feel comfortable responding to service enquiries relating to a range of products and services –full training and ongoing support will be provided! Attractive hourly rate! Weekend shifts will accrue relevant shift allowances.
