In this role you will be working as part of a dedicated Marketing team. As the document administrator you will working through business documentation and marketing materials to update imagery & ensure compliance across the business

Your responsibilities will include:

• Utilising inhouse document management system & intranet

• Reviewing and updating of archived documents.

• Ensuring compliance of branding across the business both electronically and hard copy versions.

• Developing and managing information related to Marketing department.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/competencies:

• Significant experience in administration and data focused roles

• Demonstrated experience in document administration

• High level communication skills

• Experience in the use of software tools (Ms Office, Photo Editor programs & Adobe Acrobat ).

This is a temporary role working full time hours in Knoxfield. Due to COVID this role is temporarily work from home. Full time hours between 8:30am to 5pm.
