Your day to day
As a guest Service Agent you'll be responsible for assisting with the arrival and departure experience of our guests, whilst assisting in their day to day needs. You will need to ensure that each of our guests have a seamless, connecting and memorable Canberra experience. We're looking for someone who thrives off providing exceptional and personalised customer service, has a passion for hospitality and is looking for an environment where no two days are the same!

What we need from you
You'll be an approachable person and have a real passion for providing connecting and seamless service to ensure a memorable guest experience; You will be dynamic, vibrant, confident and professional Ideally you will have previous experience in a front office role with strong computer skills, highly developed interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal, high standard of personal presentation, possess local knowledge of Canberra and the surrounding regions, and have the flexibility to work various shifts on a 7 day rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. It is essential that you hold a full Australian drivers license and confidently be able to drive manual cars. You must also meet the legal requirements to work in this country
