About the opportunity:
Nova Systems is currently seeking experienced training design and development professionals for several training design and development opportunities across our client base.

As a Training Design and Development Specialist you will be responsible for providing advice and support to clients in a project setting- solving their complex challenges. As our client’s needs are ever evolving, you can expect variety and diversity in the support you provide. This means that whilst you may be engaged for a primary skill set initially, Nova Group consultants need to be flexible enough to meet changing client requirements. In effect the work we perform varies and provides a level of diversity to our people.

There are fixed-term and permanent opportunities available.

What will you be involved in:
Training design and development across all training mediums from face to face and online and self-paced.
Training design and development advice and support to projects from concept to implementation.

What we would like from you:
Qualifications in Training Design and Development.
Australian Citizen with AGSVA NV1 clearance and willingness to upgrade to NV2.
Experience with training design and development for large organisations.
Experience facilitating workshops as part of a training design needs capture activity.
Knowledge of training quality requirements.
Multi-skilled with the ability to work across other domains / client base and manage stakeholder expectations.

Highly regarded:
Training in Adobe Captivate or other similar programs for training development.
Experience using Adobe Captivate to develop Self-paced training world.
Have excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact within a diverse group of people including other team members and clients.
Be a clear communicator both written and verbal.
Be a team player with a can-do attitude.
