Full Job Description
Beaumont&Beaumont are seeking candidates for the position of Case Manager at the APS5 level in an Australian Government Agency.

Case Managers are responsible for assessing and instructing in cases filed in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. The role is an integral part of the Early Resolution Model, which is designed to improve the experience of individuals in a major government scheme.

Successful candidates will ideally hold a degree in law or a related discipline, or be studying law, with an interest in administrative law and government policy. Candidates with experience in policy implementation and working with legislative instruments in government are encouraged to apply. This is an ideal position for a recent or soon-to-be Law graduate.

Successful candidates will also be able to manage competing priorities, work systematically with attention to detail and possess strong dispute resolution and problem-solving skills. Such candidates will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to liaise with participants and clients in a professional manner and operate effectively within a team.

These positions will be offered at APS5 equivalent salary on a full-time basis.

Please note, this role does not require candidates to possess a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, nor is it a graduate position that offers a GDLP placement.
