Part Time permanent - minimum 26.75 hours per fortnight with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts
Camberwell Location

We currently have exciting employment opportunities for passionate and experienced Personal Care Workers to join our team at Broughton Hall, in the leafy heart of Camberwell. Join our team and contribute to the friendly and positive culture, whilst providing client-focused care to help our residents live their best lives.

Your role will include:
Delivering high quality care including personal care and support with meals
Confidently using technology to input, read and understand resident information
Observing, documenting and reporting changes in resident wellbeing and care environment
Displaying sound judgement and knowing when to escalate issues to clinicians
Working well in a team environment
Assisting with medication safely within designated scope

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
Minimum Certificate III in Individual Care or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A natural ability to build relationships that make a difference
Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges
Empathy and treats others with dignity and respect
Endorsed to administer medication (desirable)
Certificate IV in Ageing Support (desirable)
