From here this business has continued to pave the pathway of sustainable living and has opened x6 beautiful retail stores across Queensland and Melbourne. The vision of his business is to continue providing recyclable, reusable, sustainable & eco-friendly product across all things homeware, healthcare, food & wellness.

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to join the team and contribute to the success and prominence of this brand. This is a company with strong values and ethics that loves to develop their staff, create strong customer relations and do their part to change the environment.

About the position

We are looking for a down to earth, energetic and experienced Store Manager to work within this ethical and customer service-oriented role. You will be an inspirational natural leader and brand ambassador who models high standards and exceptional customer service to your team.

You will have highly refined communication and interpersonal skills, solid administrative experience, strong skills in stock logistics, merchandising and general operations. You will need to be highly adaptable, flexible and have the ability to establish great relationships with your customers.

Skills and experiences required

  • Experience managing within a retail environment
  • Proven experience in mentoring and leading your team towards high achieving outcomes
  • Management of small to medium teams
  • Strong ability to motivate and engage your team, displaying strong leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing stock
  • Experience in reaching, driving and exceeding KPI's and sales targets
  • Demonstrating creative visual merchandising skills to ensure store display attracts customers
  • Managing team performances; including monitoring sales and performance indicators
  • Exceptional customer service and interaction, creating a unique and rewarding experience for customers
