Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

As a Pega Lead Business Architect, you will be collaborating with business stakeholders and product owners to provide guidance on the appropriate usage of Business Process Management, Automation and Integration technology options such as RPA, machine learning, digital virtual assistance, document management and API integration.

  • Executing short term strategic consulting projects, assessments, POC/pilots, map solutions to client business processes, and develop value proposition and business case.
  • Leading, challenging and facilitating articulation of business needs by helping the client to better understand what they are trying to solve, the solution this using PEGA and/or related technologies.
  • Defining a business solution architecture based on high level inputs provided by the customer
  • Collaborating with the technical team to clarify requirements, validate development work and assist in design decisions and impact analysis of change.
  • Building stakeholder support and engagement for successful delivery
  • Providing thought leadership & IT transformation recommendations in process automation leveraging BPM technology.
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:
  • 6-10 years of Techno Functional Business Analysis experience in BPM, ideally with Pega.
  • Experience leading end to end Process improvement projects in a client facing role
  • Good grasp of various iterative methodologies: Agile, RUP, SCRUM
  • A sound understanding of business process solutions including Business Process Management (BPM), process automation and other digital technologies including; RPA, Digital virtual assistance, machine learning platforms, document management, API integration.
  • Ability to lead the development of Pega solutions taking responsibility for end to end project delivery.
  • Experience leading and/or managing global (onshore/offshore) team whilst working alongside other service lines on projects.
  • Previous management consulting experience and/or banking domain knowledge preferred
Technology knowledge
  • Experience in Pega Frameworks: CS, CDH, CLM
  • Pega v8 or above certification.
  • Candidates with CSA, CPBA and CMBB certification would be given preference
  • Ability to run a Pega DCO (Direct Capture of Objectives) user requirements session and related prototyping within Pega tool
  • Experience in DCO tools - New Application Wizard, Case Lifecycle Designer, Document Generation, Application Profiler, Specification Documents, Effort Estimation, User Interface and flows
  • Experience in creating user Interface mock-ups and draft workflows for requirements within PRPC
  • Experience with configuration of Pega Agile Studio Pega Express Methodology
