We are looking for an experienced Online Pick Pack Specialist to join our growing Best Experience Team.

About the role
As the Online Pick Pack Specialist you will drive the agreed strategy and manage the end to end process improvements & optimisations for the Pick Pack process across Bunnings Operations, Best Experience Program (BXP) team & wider business stakeholders.

Led by the Online Operations Manager this role will deliver agreed cost savings and efficiency improvements via best practice whilst ensuring compliance and continued improvement in the overall customer experience for the Pick Pack area of the Online Shop process.

Undertake Process/Systems, Inventory & Customer Analysis to understand patterns whilst providing measures and reporting to monitor achieved benefits on process, customer satisfaction, efficiency gains and cost improvement

As the Online Pick Pack Specialist you will:

  • Have input into implementing, driving and communicating the Online Shop strategy across various stakeholders - Operations & Digital teams
  • Undertake an ongoing review and innovation where required to improve outcomes, costs and efficiencies in all procedures, process, team & customer experience within the Online Pick - Pack area
  • Review/action Medallia feedback and look for trends to optimise the process/best practice for improvements
  • Be a COS Job board subject matter expert, Cos picking app & order management improvements - supporting identification & prioritisation of improvements that drive efficiencies in the process
  • Undertake Competitor analysis & benchmarking
  • Carry out a programmed review of all systems and day to day operations to ensure the business is optimising cost reduction both internally and externally within the online pick pack process
  • Ensure adherence to all aspects of administration compliance in line with business policies & procedures
  • Pilot/Roll-out future Best Experience Program (BXP) initiative, experiences & offers

About you

You are an outcome driven, detail oriented, organised, multi-tasker who is able to think outside the box when it comes to solution delivery and possesses strong influencing and communication skills.

You will also have:

· 1 - 2 years of experience in online shop related field

· In-store online order management experience

· Logistic background & order management experience

· Change management experience

· Sound commercial skills and understanding of financial implications

· A skillset which drives analytical understanding and reporting frameworks

· Ability to support and drive agreed strategy and set goals to deliver desired outcomes.
