About the role: Are you an experienced marketer who thrives on creating integrated campaigns, dynamic copy and innovative promotions? Come join our team.
The Marketing Campaign Specialist is responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies that increase audience engagement, reinforce brand positioning and drive visitation onsite and online.
From ideation and pitch, through to copywriting, delivery and reporting, the Marketing Campaign Specialist will lead campaigns from end-to-end, working closely with design and content teams to guide and deliver outcomes. As a key liaison in the marketing team, the Marketing Campaign Specialist will have excellent copywriting, relationship management and advocacy skills, working closely with a number of internal and external stakeholders to confidently influence, pitch ideas and present marketing plans.
Possessing a high-performance and results-driven mindset, the Marketing Campaign Specialist will pro-actively monitor and track performance against targets, applying a lens of continuous improvement towards promotions, processes and strategy. They will also build relationships across sectors to leverage marketing efforts and build the Library's brand profile.
