PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR West Coast Stabilisers are a Mandurah based privately owned Civil Contractor with over 25 years' experience in the industry. We are looking to expand our team and are looking for a confident, high energy candidate to become part of our working family. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following key duties: Maintain ISO Quality Control of documents, procedures, and work instructions. Maintain Planning, organising, implementation and maintenance of OH&S initiatives across the organisation. Adherence to all IMS standard requirements. All Site Mobilisation coordination. Administration tasks as required. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Previous working knowledge of ISO 9001 accreditation. OH&S experience. Demonstrated experience with record and document management. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with employees and clients to build relationships. Above average Microsoft office skillset. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills. Team player with a friendly demeanour. Qualifications reflecting any of the above will be highly regarded. DESIRABLE: Previous Administration experience working in Civil Construction/Transport MYOB experience.
