My client is an award winning luxury hospitality brand with various properties through out Australasia.

Members of the Kitchen Department are responsible for ensuring that all visitors to the hotel are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of the food and beverage offerings in every area of the hotel, and that F&B is regarded as a strong point of differentiation for the hotel in its local market.

I am looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with prior fine dinning or hatted restaurant experience to join this busy kithchen brigade

Your main responsibilities involve;

  • Assisting the Head Chef
  • Ensuring meals are of a high quality
  • Create an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish
  • Ability to work independently and to strict time frames
  • Leading your section during lunch and dinner service.

Minimum requirements to be successful;

  • Experience in a fast pace kitchen
  • Cert III in Commercial Cookery
  • Ability to work hospitality hours
  • Prior experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining, hatted environment (essential);
  • Capacity to work under pressure
  • A passion for people, food and wine
