A temporary opportunity is available for exceptional Customer Service Administrators

Your new company
A western suburbs taxi company is seeking additional support in their customer service centre.

Your new role
Working in a customer facing role, you will be responsible for assisting drivers in signing up to a new payment method. You will be responsible for a high level of call taking and general enquiries along with fraud investigations via email.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have prior customer service experience in a face to face or phone based role wit the ability to quickly learn new systems, basic data entry and be able to problem solve basic application enquiries.
