About the Role…

As a key member of the Brand and Communications team you will support the Brand Manager to develop strategies that are relevant for our end users and customers. You will strive to maximize our assets across ANZ region in ways that reinforce our brand promise. Implement the strategies across the market to drive the path to purchase and deliver market share growth.

Main responsibilities of the role include:

  • Creation of ANZ umbrella brand strategy with alignment to the EANZ strategy.
  • Identify ANZ target end users, markets, and supporting insights/research to highlight key communications needs.
  • Build and maintenance of a playbook brand introduction presentation that can be delivered to internal and external customers and functions.
  • Create best in class Brand Representation materials including catalogues, brochures, websites, POS, premiums.
  • Build a 12 month rolling calendar plan of activity Brand activity.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Lead ANZ project teams on Brand & Communication focus areas to ensure alignment between local marketing SBU / Sales Team / Key Customers.
  • Communicate all assets available to support the brand, promotion and campaigns.
  • Complete Post Completion Reviews on all launch promotions, campaigns and events to share best practice within local and EANZ region.

About you…

An individual with a creative and hands on approach. Demonstrates strong work ethic, customer focus and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a eye for detail and be able to work in a autonomous environment. 

Furthermore, you will have:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others
  • Effective communication skills to inspire and enthuse internally and externally
  • Strong relationship skills to build collaboration across all relevant departments
  • Commercially/analytically minded with marketing/market/customer understanding/experience
  • Organisational and structured approach to prioritise and deliver in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • C Literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as understanding of the wider evolving digital environment
  • Tertiary qualified.
  • Marketing experience (Brand / Product / Channel)
