About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and resilient rostering expert to join our dynamic Community Services support team, as we grow our capacity to provide community care across Greater Melbourne. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and working closely with Support Workers and Care Management Team to coordinate services for Home Care Package (HCP), Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Privately funded care recipients. Using your experiences to contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and systems, facilitating organisational growth to provide the highest quality care to more people where and when they need it. Ensuring our Care staff are rostered effectively so that our clients receive an outstanding customer experience that is responsive to their care needs. This fulltime position will work between 7am-5:00pm with some flexibility around start times, Monday to Friday, based at our St Kilda Rd office and working from home. 

Key responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate staffing with client requirements and organisational KPIs
  • Ensure staff are scheduled to meet client needs and preferences
  • Daily contact with Support workers and care recipients, providing prompt and positive customer service and direction
  • Support Royal Freemasons strategic growth plan

Key Requirements

  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong scheduling experience
  • Ability to juggle and prioritise workload
  • Able to work independently while supporting the team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Community Aged Care Experience
  • Comfortable learning new computer systems
  • MS Office competent

Desirable:

  • Second language
  • Experience using eCase PHC
  • Experience working during system upgrades, providing end user feedback to the System Administrator
